Who we are

ComplyUSA^™ is an independent third-party CMMC Level 2 assessment firm based in Austin, TX. You can reach us atinfo@complyusa.com.

What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to send us — for example, the name, company, work email, message, and CUI-handling indication you enter in our contact form, or the answers you provide to the free SPRS estimate. The SPRS estimate runs entirely in your browser; we do not receive your answers unless you contact us.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and to scope a potential assessment engagement. We do not sell your information.

Third-party form processing

Contact form submissions are delivered to us byWeb3Forms, which transmits them to our inbox. The contact page useshCaptcha to block automated spam; hCaptcha processes limited device and interaction data to tell people from bots. No other page loads third-party scripts.

Analytics and tracking

This site does not load third-party advertising or tracking by default. If privacy-respecting analytics are enabled in the future, this policy will be updated to describe them.

Deletion requests
